Windows, shower doors, and glass tabletops must:
- Have frames, bases, and hardware removed.
- Fit through the 3’x3’ windows on the purple bins. If they don’t, contact Ripple Glass for instructions on how to drop them off at its processing facility.

Compressed gas cylinders (fire extinguishers, propane, oxygen, helium, etc.) - NOT accepted.
Holiday Trees - Natural trees and greenery only. Remove lights, decorations, plastic bags and stands.
Large appliances - All CFCs (refrigerant gases) must be removed from freezers, refrigerators, air conditioners and dehumidifiers by certified refrigerant reclaimers before being recycled.
Lawn Mowers - Must be completely drained of all fluids.
Yard Waste - Free for Excelsior Springs residents, fee for non-residents.
