Facility is open to all landscape companies. Only residents from the following communities may use the facility: Gladstone, Pleasant Valley, Liberty, Parkville, and Lake Waukomis. Proof of residency must be presented at the time of payment. Natural holiday trees, wreathes, and garland: must remove lights, decorations, plastic bags, stands and metal and plastic wire, hooks and frames. Accept scrap metal from the general public but does not offer payment.
